4. Member Responsibilities

5. Professional Profiles
Members are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles.
Freehire does not verify employment history, education, certifications, or qualifications unless expressly stated.

Employers agree to use Freehire solely for legitimate recruiting and employment-related purposes.
Employers may not:
- sell member information
- copy member databases
- use automated tools to collect profile information
- use information for unsolicited marketing
7. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of the content they submit.
By posting content on Freehire, you grant Freehire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and use that content for operating the platform.
8. Account Suspension
Freehire may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- violate these Terms
- contain fraudulent information
- engage in abusive behavior
- threaten the security or integrity of the platform
9. Disclaimer
Freehire provides a platform that connects professionals and employers.
We do not guarantee:
- employment
- interviews
- job offers
- candidate quality
- hiring outcomes
All hiring decisions remain solely between employers and candidates.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freehire Inc., its officers, directors, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website.
